Revision 76 adds configuration-specific certification-basis provisions for dual electronic ignition, new or changed non-rechargeable lithium battery installations, and installations affecting cybersecurity on specified 182T and T182T aircraft. It also adds associated means-of-compliance references, revises T182T serial-number references, and changes a printed Garmin G1000 NXi regulatory citation in both model sections. The meaning of that citation change is not explained in the supplied documents. Aircraft operating limits, weights, engines and propeller specifications otherwise remain unchanged.

Three certification-basis blocks absent from Revision 75 are added on page 36, effective at S/N 18283359 and On. For the Dual Electronic Ignition System Only, they list 14 CFR 23.1309(a)(1)(2), 23.1353(h), 23.1431(b) at Amendment 23-49; 23.1581(a)(2) at Amendment 23-50; and 23.901(a)(1)(2)(b)(1)(2) at Amendment 23-53. New or changed non-rechargeable lithium battery installations list 23.2010 and 23.2325(g) at Amendment 23-64. New or changed installations affecting aeronautical security (cybersecurity) list 23.2010, 23.2500, 23.2505 and 23.2510 at Amendment 23-64. New NOTE 11 on page 38 identifies CPP-23.2525-1 (signed 2023.10.19) for the lithium battery provisions; new NOTE 12 identifies ASTM F3532-22 for cybersecurity. Existing NOTES 8 and 10 merely lose the introductory word “The”; their draft AC 20-184A and FAA Policy PS-ACE-23-10 references are unchanged.

New or changed installations affecting aeronautical security (cybersecurity) list 23.2010, 23.2500, 23.2505 and 23.2510 at Amendment 23-64. Each block applies to T18208204, T18208714, and T18209210 and On. New NOTE 10 on page 42 identifies CPP-23.2525-1 (signed 2023.10.19) for the lithium battery provisions; new NOTE 11 identifies ASTM F3532-22 for cybersecurity. Existing NOTES 7 and 9 merely lose “The”; their draft AC 20-184A and FAA Policy PS-ACE-23-10 references remain unchanged. The NXi serial-number edit also contained in change group 54 is addressed separately.

On page 40, the effective serial reference changes from T1829101 to T18209101 in both the existing Garmin GI 275 Electronic Instrument Only block and the existing 14 CFR Part 23 Amendment 64 block. On page 41, the existing Garmin G1000 NXi block changes its effective serial reference from T1829159 to T18209159. These edits insert a zero in the printed aircraft identifiers; the associated certification-basis blocks were already present in Revision 75.

The existing Garmin G1000 NXi Integrated Cockpit System Only certification-basis list changes the printed citation from 23.1431(c) to 23.143(c), within the provisions identified as amended by Amendment 23-50. The supplied documents do not explain whether this is an intended change of provision or a citation error, so its technical meaning remains uncertain. The effective reference remains S/N 18283280 and On.

The existing Garmin G1000 NXi Integrated Cockpit System Only certification-basis list changes the printed citation from 23.1431(c) to 23.143(c), within the provisions identified as amended by Amendment 23-50. As in the 182T section, the supplied documents do not establish whether this is an intended change of provision or a citation error. The separate effective serial-reference revision is described above.
