A350-941 airplanes with Step 7 configuration (MOD 117155) and Fan Mark II (MOD 106353).
The Environmental Standards section adds 14 CFR Part 38, effective April 16, 2024, Amendment 38-1, Paragraph 38.17(b)(8), for the specified configuration. It states that demonstrated compliance for an airplane/engine combination will be documented in the AFM. A new note separately records the manufacturer's declaration that ICAO Annex 16, Volume III, Amendment 2, Part II, Chapter 2, Paragraph 2.4.2 (f), corresponding to the CAEP/10 In-Production Standard, has also been demonstrated. Neither entry was present in Revision 28. This addition does not establish an installation approval or retrofit obligation.

A350-1041 airplanes with Step 7 Improvement Package (Structure) (MOD 115348) and 97K Continuous Improvement Step 1 Modifications (MOD 117240).

It states that demonstrated compliance for an airplane/engine combination will be documented in the AFM.
