AT A GLANCE
Revision 13 updates the emissions certification basis for all five AS907 engine models to Amendment 34-7A, revises Note 15’s emissions references, and adds non-volatile particulate matter (nvPM) standards. The manufacturer’s ICAO emissions declaration now references the Fifth Edition and includes nvPM demonstrations. The AS907-2-1S thrust-reverser manufacturer entry adds the former name Aircelle; its listed drawing references remain unchanged. Engine ratings, operating limits, model descriptions and maintenance-manual references are unchanged.
AS907-1-1A, AS907-2-1G, AS907-2-1A, AS907-2-1S and AS907-3-1E.
All three model groupings now cite 14 CFR part 34 as amended by 34-1 through 34-7A, effective May 24, 2024, instead of 34-1 through 34-5A, effective October 23, 2013. The model-specific part 33 bases and exclusions are unchanged.

Note 15’s statement of standards complied with changes from Amendment 34-5A and 40 CFR part 87, effective July 18, 2012, to Amendment 34-7A, effective May 24, 2024, and 40 CFR part 1031, effective December 23, 2022. The existing 14 CFR references for fuel venting, smoke number, CO, HC and NOx remain unchanged. Their accompanying 40 CFR references change respectively from §§ 87.10(b) and 87.11 to § 1031.30(b); from § 87.23(c)(1) to § 1031.60(a)(5) for smoke, § 1031.60(d) for CO and § 1031.60(c) for HC; and from § 87.23(c)(3) to § 1031.60(e)(5) for NOx. Two bullets absent from Revision 12 are added: nvPM mass concentration under 14 CFR § 34.25(a)(1), with “14 CFR § 1031.60(a)(6),” and nvPM mass and number under 14 CFR § 34.25(a)(2), with “14 CFR § 1031.60(b)(2).” The latter two part 1031 references are reported exactly as printed, including the unusual 14 CFR designation; they are not corrected here.
NOTE 15. The following emissions standards promulgated in 14 CFR part 34, Amendment 34-5A, effective October 23, 2013, and 40 CFR part 87, effective July 18, 2012, have been complied with for all models listed in Engine Table of Models.

The existing manufacturer declaration changes its Annex 16, Volume II reference from Third Edition to Fifth Edition. It retains the Chapter 2 references for SN, CO, HC and NOx (CAEP/8), and Part II Chapter 2 for fuel venting. It adds Chapter 4, Section 4.2.2.1 for nvPM mass concentration (CAEP/10), Section 4.2.2.2.a.1 for nvPM LTO Mass (CAEP/11), and Section 4.2.2.2.b.1 for nvPM LTO Number (CAEP/11). This remains a manufacturer declaration, separate from the FAA finding described in Note 15.
Annex 16, Volume II, Third Edition, Part III, Chapter 2, Section 2.2.2 for SN, Section 2.3.2 for CO and HC, Section 2.3.2.e for NOx (also known as CAEP/8) and Part II Chapter 2 for fuel venting have also been demonstrated.

Note 17 adds “formerly Aircelle” to the AS907-2-1S entry for Safran Nacelles. The left-hand and right-hand installation drawing references remain 35L0016-00-0 and 35L0017-00-0. This changes the manufacturer identification, not the listed compatibility or the existing statement that the engine type design does not include a thrust reverser. The accompanying end-marker styling change has no technical effect.
